• With licensing, you, not the franchiser, control your own business.  There are no requirements  of our Licensees whatsoever other than two simple terms…1) pay your licensing fees on time and keep them current, and  2) properly display the brand and logo on signage, in advertising and on printed materials.
• Unlike franchises for fitness centers now available:
• We do not require Licensees to open a center within a fixed period of time. The exclusive License is yours in your territory as long as you keep your monthly fee current and paid… you can secure your territory now and it will be yours when you decide to open. There is no pressure. We let you move at your own pace.
• We do not require Licensees to sign a non-compete or confidentiality agreement.
• We do not require Licensees to purchase our operating system, printed materials, supplies, equipment or anything else!
• We do not restrict your marketing or sales tactics to conform to corporate guidelines.
• We do not require you to attend initial training seminars or management meetings.

Cost for such a listing can be well over $300 per year just for the domain. (There is a one-time art and graphics fee of $425 to build your page.)
• Signage art and specification options for several different exterior signage formats. Use this art to purchase your own sign locally. (not required)
• Access to FREE .pdf downloads of dozens of copyrighted sales and marketing collaterals such as guest passes, newspaper ads, take-ones, direct mailers, window signs, posters, membership agreements, newsletters, etc.  You download this camera-ready art and take it to your local printer to customize to your location and print for you so you control your own costs. (NOTE: you are NOT required to use any of this material if you so choose).
