Circuit Strength Training
Includes machines and free weight exercises, it is fast paced with minimal breaks, a full body balanced routine.
“Butts ‘N Guts”
Wanna’ really blast your waistline, abs and fanny? After this workout you’ll hurt in places you didn’t know you had. Ideal for trimming and firming those hard-to-train body parts.
Spring Training
This is a full body, progressive routine. We will add challenges and intensity through the weeks, like reps, weight, speed, balance challenges, and plyometrics.
